From the NHS
Being obese can also increase your risk of developing many potentially serious health conditions, including: type 2 diabetes. high blood pressure. high cholesterol and atherosclerosis (where fatty deposits narrow your arteries), which can lead to coronary heart disease and stroke.
From the CDC
Obesity is serious because it is associated with poorer mental health outcomes and reduced quality of life. Obesity is also associated with the leading causes of death in the United States and worldwide, including diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and some types of cancer.
From Harvard Health
The idea that someone can be "fat and fit" — that is, overweight but still healthy — has been around for some time. But don't be fooled.
"The latest science is quite clear that excess weight can carry considerable health risks, including a higher risk for heart attack and stroke," says Dr. Jorge Plutzky, director of preventive cardiology at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital.
From Arizona State University
Being obese is a major health risk. Obesity can cause many complications including, but not limited to:
•Hypertension or high blood pressure
•Dyslipidemia -– An abnormal concentration of fat in the bloodstream.
•Type 2 diabetes – Insulin resistant diabetes
•Coronary heart disease – The buildup of plaques in the main arteries of the heart.
•Stroke – The blockage of blood flow to the brain
•Gallbladder Disease – Can cause nausea and fever, caused by gallstones.
•Sleep Apnea – Problems breathing during sleep.
•Respiratory Problems
While it is possible to develop these health problems without being obese, obesity raises the likelihood of their development dramatically.
From The National Center for Biotechnology Information advances science and health
There’s No Such Thing as “Healthy Obesity”
Overweight and obesity are the fastest-growing causes of morbidity and death in the U.S. Obesity is a chronic metabolic disorder associated with increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. However, despite the fact that obesity is associated with increased health hazards, in recent years there have been some confusing and contradicting reports of “healthy obesity,” “benign obesity” and “obesity paradox.” These reports unfortunately have tried to undermine the severity of this alarming problem.

The simple step of a courageous individual is not to take part in the lie, one word of truth outweighs the world.
Think for yourself. Don't be part of the hive mind.

Time to stop all this pc correct going along to get along and living through a lie. This woman is clearly unhealthily overweight and should not be paraded on front covers of magazines with a tagline remarking how healthy she is
Starting 2021 this shit needs to be constantly called out now, we need to get back to handing out tough love and not handing out lies.

Promoting being vastly overweight as a positive is just not a very good look.
People like this woman at her weight and above are enormously more dangerous to the healthcare system than Covid-19.
