
The Stupidity Of Amazon Customer Questions and Answers (Rant)
I have a rant about Amazon customers and the questions and answers on a product's page lower third
Why is it that:
- Somebody asks does it have X , first answer you see is yes, second answer you see is no, so you're left still not knowing if it does or doesn't have X
- Some customers reply to a question with "sorry I don't know" which is not helping anybody, why bother answering, just Ignore the question if you don't know the answer
- Customers who ask a question that is already answered in the product's description text which they haven't read at all
- Customers who ask troll questions
