The Stupidity Of Amazon Customer Questions and Answers (Rant)

I have a rant about Amazon customers and the questions and answers on a product's page lower third :-frustrated

Why is it that:

  • Somebody asks does it have X , first answer you see is yes, second answer you see is no, so you're left still not knowing if it does or doesn't have X :-banghead
  • Some customers reply to a question with "sorry I don't know" which is not helping anybody, why bother answering, just Ignore the question if you don't know the answer :-banghead
  • Customers who ask a question that is already answered in the product's description text which they haven't read at all :-frustrated
  • Customers who ask troll questions

I'm sure most of the people who reply to the questions are Idiots. I was looking at a remote control for the tv the other day which lights up on movement

A customer asked

"do all the buttons light up or just the main buttons"

This was a question I was Interested in knowing the answer to as it was not clear on the page


and somebody answered "yes" :-roll

Yes what? Yes they all light up? or yes just the main buttons light up? :-banghead
