The item was advertised as having a ltd edition slip cover and being New factory sealed, item came apparently "factory sealed" yet no slip cover :-think

The response I got was "well that's how it come from our supplier" :-roll

Lost count of the amount of times I've opened up cellophane wrapped labelled as "new" dvd's purchased from third parties on amazon only to find the disc inside scratched or having fingerprints :-justno

Sellers are getting away with selling second or third hand products labelled as being new :-tothehand amazon don't care though.

If I'm buying a dvd labelled as "used" that's ok but if the item is labelled as "New" I'm not accepting that shit.

I always keep artwork sleeves. Doesn't everyone? That's hardly the point anyway. When I buy new I'm paying more not just for the physical product, but to support publishers and creators. Fraudulent sellers like best_value_entertainment are pocketing that extra cash. They're stealing from the entertainment industries as much as copyright pirates are.
