CEO of the NHS Simon Stevens is a liar. I contacted his office wanting to know the definition of a woman after I saw an interview on Sky News and their reply after 8 emails was "a woman is a person who Identifies as a woman" whether or not this person has a penis is Irrelevant.

The NHS trained doctors actually lied to me in writing telling me a person with a penis is a woman.
