A growing trend at the moment is for men to take their phone out before taking their dick out so as to record consent from the woman he is about to have sex with. Which is a fantastic idea in this #MeToo climate, that way we all know where we stand and false allegations cannot be made.

Apparently that is still not enough proof though :-roll

"Judging how a court of law would interpret a "consent video", she added: "A 'yes', pre-recorded or not, can be just as ambiguous as some men suggest a 'no' is."

And Katy Thorne QC added that a video was nothing more than evidence and could not always determine consent.

She added: "The use of video or audio recorded consent is a very unromantic way to ask and mat not be the cast iron protection" :-roll

So just remember guys, video consent from the woman does not determine consent from the woman :-facepalm
