Landmark Global Couriers Bunch of Lying Scum (I refused delivery) yeah right (Rant)

Quick one as I'm furious. I ordered a few movies from Amazon.com and noticed on the tracking the carrier was Landmark (never had these deliver before on any orders).

Living in the UK I had to wait the approx obligatory 10 days delivery from the US. Got an email yesterday from Amazon saying delivery had been attempted and that they would try again next business day! Yesterday I was in all day and no deliveries were attempted.

So I goes onto the Amazon site and looks at the tracking

2:59am out for delivery
4:12am delivery attempted (4 o'clock in the morning!)
12:01pm customer refused delivery (refused delivery? Wtf)

Your package was refused at delivery. It is being returned to Amazon. You will be refunded for the original shipment within 2-3 business days after we receive it.

There was even mention of them leaving a card through the door in the email, guess what, no card :-tothehand

In the meantime I have to wait 10 days for it to get back to Amazon before I get my refund, the price of the two movies has gone up! and beings as one of the movies is limited edition by the time this sorts itself out I bet it will be out of stock :-frustrated

Shame on Amazon.com for using this terrible delivery company!
