ready for the next time.

The elites are in a catch-22 situation with this internet though. On one hand they need it to dumb people down and spread their propaganda to the masses but on the other hand it is their achilles heel even with all the censorship they do.

The only way this would work is bringing the internet down but then they wouldn't be able to spread their fear far and wide in such a short time.
